It reaches under you to protect from any accidental knees if you do jiu jitsu. Just let your partners know you are wearing one. A lady rolled with me and got the wrong idea!

The most important thing about a cup is how comfortable it is to wear and move around in. This one is ok. I've had worse, but it's definitely not comfortable to wear. And it was really weird that a sample of eyebrow volumizing gel was inside the cup in the packaging.

I did not use this for sports as it is intended... Rather, I had a halloween costume that was a bit tighter than expected and revealed the goods. To prevent scaring other party goers in an unintended manner, I used this to cover the hairy hoppers and make the costume more family friendly. It worked like a charm and I finished the night without any restraining orders.

so last time i went out, i didnt wear a cup..thinking about it, i decided to get one. i havent worn one since i was in martial arts about 10 years ago. i decided on this one based on reviews and price.its comfortable, flexable, over all a great buy. and sure enough, i got hit RIGHT on my junk and didnt feel a think.
