I am 5'10", 177#, long arms and legs: 36" waist, 45" hips, 31" inseam {[down over my ankles]. I ordered an XL Black. The fit is great for me, not especially snug but still close to my skin. I think I could probably fit into a L but it would be, to me, a confining fit. The length is beautiful!! The cuffs are not really thicker than the rest of the bottoms, so I think one could easily turn the leg bottom up if the legs were too long. I am trying to lose weight and am thinking if I succeed I may need to take a tuck in the waist band. Also, this is a high/true waist design. That's what I like, so I am happy. Overall, this appears to be quality construction. I would highly recommend this product and I am going to investigate the rest of their line.
