I bought this set so that I could grip slivers of paper that get trapped next to the cutters on my paper shredder. These work great, except the clamping pieces lock after I grasp the loose paper, so I have to pull them apart. First thought was to cut the clamping pieces off, but then I opted to bend them so they are not in a straight line and if I need them I can bend them back so they clamp. Product is very sturdy/

Bought these because they were cheap and i needed something to fish the broken seal pieces from my gas cap out of a lawn tractor gas tank. Theyre not surgical quality but they work good as a tool. Theyre also really good for getting fishing hooks out of fish and holding your doober when it starts burning your fingers.
