The Sprague was good but the armature plate was visibly bent. It was shipped in a shipping envelope which would not protect it from bending.

If your rzr 4x4 isn’t working more than likely it’s the cheap plastic cage that Polaris uses on front differential as pictured. This was an excellent upgrade and worth every penny. Highly recommend.

When I got the item the box for the armature plate wash dented and the ring was warped. I figured it was caused by shipping damage so I contacted the seller. To their credit, they shipped me a new armature plate right away. However, they shipped it in a padded envelope and it again arrived bent. I tried straightening it but it was never nearly as flat as the OEM one. I installed it anyway and sure enough the diff kept engaging even with no power applied to the coil. I took out the aftermarket one and put the OEM one in and it worked fine. I would give it 1 star if the customer service had not been so great. Having to take apart your diff twice is not fun. The sprague carrier, springs, and rollers are high quality, but they need to start shipping the armature plates inside a corrugated cardboard box.
