I was impressed with this label maker when I first received it. I was able to design a label with bar code with rather easily. However, after 3 weeks, it stopped working with the red LED constantly on until it turned itself off. Nothing I tried has resolved this issue. There is very little instruction in the limited documentation provided, mostly on the internet. Being new, it is still clean on the inside. I've tried recharging it for hours with more than one charger/cable. Nothing helps. I liked this unit, but it has outworn it usefulness. Unfortunately, it's not worth the cost.

So easy to use and connect right/ o your cellphone. I absolutely love this. I even bought Christmas ones for presents this year!!!! You can get extra, and different rolls from their site.

Good label printer. But beware you have to buy a software program that cost $69.99 / year to print labels. No mention of this at all in the Amazon ad. To me that almost constitutes fraudulent advertising. Chinese product. Chinese customer support nonexistent. Unfortunate experience with Chinese products. They take your money and run.

We send out a tons of cards to our friends and family all throughout the year. I got so tired of writing address down and started using this. Complete life saver and time saver! The app is very easy to use. Being able to design and save addresses or templates is awesome! I'm sure there's all sorts of other things you can do with it too!
