no coating, no rust, easy to weld on, right size for standard hitches, will get again if i need another for a different project.

A nicely made weld in receiver hitch tube! This is prefect for my DIY project truck hitch. I have a solid 4"x8" homemade rear bumper and wanted to add in a hitch, this was a great option and fit my needs well. Good attention to details with a well formed rounded end and rounded corners for an easy fit-up and strong weld in. It comes with a nice finish that was tough to grind off in the weld areas, a good sign it will hold up well. All of my hitch inserts fit it well, with very little play for a nice quiet hitch.

I use a hitch mounted crane with my trailer and having multiple spots I can attach it is epic. This was certainly up to the task, I just ground the paint off the corners and welded it to the trailer frame. Works like a charm

Nice solid tow bar receiver. I welded it to my workbench to make a spot to hang my bike rack, so my bikes stay out of the way in teh garage along with the car rack. Solidly made, it's pretty much a chink of tubing with a hole in it, but it's a nice chunk of tubing with a really well drilled hole, so I'm happy.

This steel hitch receiver is thick and very heavy. I used this receiver to make a hitch mounted, fold-down tire carrier for my wife's car that she can still use her hitch mounted bike carrier with. The receiver was easy to weld and has held up great.

This is exactly what was described. A 9 inch long receiver tube with a welded on reinforcing collar at the end. The walls are 1/4 inch thick. It came in a simple box and plastic bag that was sufficient for getting it to me. The internal opening is 2 3/64 inches square.

This hitch is very solid and well built! This was just the thing I needed to fix my trailer after "someone" managed to essentially destroy it. It was easy to weld into place and is even heavier duty than the one that came on the trailer to start with. Very happy with this item!
