This towel features a microfiber surface with silicone grip dots on the underside, which does a great job of preventing any sliding or slipping, providing a stable base for all my poses.I like the added pocket design on the back, which fits over the yoga mat, so the towel stays in place throughout the session.The material is soft and feels great against the skin, which makes practicing yoga more comfortable. The pretty, bright colors look very nice.Cleaning the towel is far easier and quicker than cleaning a yoga mat, which is a huge plus for someone who practices daily like me.
