According to my order list, I've owned over 88 DJ-related gadgets, from Amazon alone. Not all of them are Laser/Disco/strobe lights, but so many are. And, I'm telling you WHAT. This is the most impressive one yet, in true Dark Horse fashion. I was so not expecting this technological work of art. And I promise you, I do not get all excited over "free" stuff and give rave reviews for no reason. I'm not quite a "Veteran" in this program, but I've been in a few years, along with Maybe a decade on my own before this. And this is one of the most unexpectedly impressive items I've ever gotten.Totally took me by surprise, as I wasn't expecting much when I ordered. I was expecting even less when it got here.The language on the box is Cheezy, like it was written by someone who doesn't know English very well. That almost always makes me doubt the product ahead of time.The build quality didn't impress me. It's not super weak and Cheezy; it's pretty good for plastic. Just not a metal body like most lights I've had in this style. Another red flag that it would be underwhelming.Love how it can be powered via laptop power bank, because that's how I usually run USB powered lights. This is only my third one in this style, but it absolutely demolishes my other two. And so many of my high powered DC plugged versions.I plugged it in, and got out of the way so I could see the effects, and I was flabbergasted. SO much more advanced than so many much more expensive, professional-level lights. There is no dead space, where there normally would be. There's like water pattern flowing through any empty spots.The shapes themselves are so much more 3D-looking, and have soft edges where most laser lights have hard lines that look like Cheezy old 1980s computer graphics. Everything POPS.Even more impressive, is that I did not use the remote. I assumed it needed batteries, and I didn't have them on standby, so I just let 'er rip, on whatever automatic setting it goes to when you turn it on. I didn't manipulate anything, and the default pattern was absolutely amazing. I didn't NEED to mess with it. I didn't set it to sound activated, and really couldn't tell, or even care if it was or not. It was just that great. Plug And Play. Literally.I can't wait to see what the remote can do. Which, by the way, appears to be well above standard, as far as remotes go.This is the most solid budget option I have ever seen for one of these, and you could seriously pull it off in a professional environment; it's that good.On top of that, it is super compact, lightweight, packable and portable.If you are on the fence about this, you HAVE to get it. I can't see how anyone could possibly be disappointed, at this pricepoint, compared to everything else out there.You can check my review history, and you will see that I completely thrash products that are no good. I'm not going to say all this about something that doesn't completely blow my mind; you can tell by my track record.Get this light! No ifs, ands, or buts. And if you don't think it's the best 50 dollar light on the market, I will eat my shoe. Seriously. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars. If I could, it would be 10. At least!

Had a few lights to make the party look more dance like. This was the smallest one I set up, But it was surprisingly bright. And by far the cheapest so definitely would recommend

When you first open the package you are shocked that it is so small but it was perfect. It lit up the whole room. I even use it sometimes when I am listening to music alone because of the great vibe it gives off. Totally worth it.

Bought this inexpensive disco light to create a fun background in my room for a prom-themed zoom party. I just plugged it in and it worked. Couldn't get the back of the remote control open to add a battery however, so that was useless.

Disco ball works as expected. Lots of fun settings; the remote is a nice feature. Must plug into wall, cord isnt very long. First product arrived defective, seller was extremely friendly and eager to make it right - sent a replacement right away. Great customer service. This disco ball party light was purchased during the quarantine, so that I could give my kids an extra activity on days we couldn’t go outside due to weather. Perfectly goes with the music, lights up my entire room, the remote is perfect to change the settings.

awesome purchase for an amazing price, I thought it would be bs which I didn't mind $8 and I needed it for one night, kids ended up liking it and they use it everyday. Has to be very durable because my kids get reckless lol I would buy again and suggest you make the purchase if you are looking for one.
