This Split Plate Frame comes with 3 domed acrylic plastic inserts; one at the top and two split pieces at the bottom of the frame. The frame is chrome plated metal with 2 holes at the top of the frame for screws and 2 metal tabs at the bottom of the frame to hold the license plate in place.
Also, it is worth noting that if you have decals at the bottom of your license plate, this frame may cover them up, because there are no cutouts at the bottom for decals.
