I travel the Sweden regularly and in the summer I take classes there. There are times when a printer would be nice rather than handing in neatly printed work. This seemed like a possible solution. The weight was 655 g (without the roll). this is acceptable but...I only plan to use continuous feed fanfold paper but the print did not handle this well (I tested A4 size) It consistently over feed past the perforations. This is bad.The print quality was ugly. The quality was not suitable for work to be turned in. Inconsistent print density and even the best was too low for contrast. I tried all settings.Long documents will not print. I tried a 20 pg doc and printer would shut off as the app formatted the document for printing. This makes the unit impossible for my needs.

This printer is small and perfect for small printing jobs such as medical forms, small documents or even black and white photos or graphics. Its fits well on our small desk and it’s very easy to take it on trips.I like that the manual has clear explanations on how to use it including step by step instructions with images to guide you through every step of the way.I could print from the laptop (windows 11) using a driver available online or, from my iPhone or IPad using the Phomemo app.You can only print if the material you select is stored on the device you’re using to print. For instance, I tried to open a file from my OneDrive on my iPad and I could not print it bc it was stored in my computer. The printer will not connect to your OneDrive through your phone to print the document. And yes, you can print a website from the device you’re using. We have IPad and iPhone and to print from one of them you need to turn the Bluetooth off o. The other one. If you don’t, the Phomemo app will have a hard time connecting/finding your device. This is a great little printer, easy to carry on trips and small footprint for small jobs.

I’ve been really happy with the M832 printer so far. From unboxing to printing, the whole experience has been smooth and stress-free. The setup process was very straightforward. I’m using a MacBook, and while the printer did require installing drivers, the installation was quick and easy. The instructions that came with the printer were clear and easy to follow, so I didn’t run into any confusion or errors during setup. Once the drivers were installed, my MacBook recognized the printer right away and connected without any issues. What really stood out to me was the quality of the printing. I printed several documents to test it out, and each one came out sharp and crisp. The text was very clear, and the print quality looked high-definition—perfect for everyday use, whether you're printing forms, notes, or more official documents.Another feature I really appreciate is that the M832 is inkless. That means there’s no need to deal with messy ink cartridges or constantly buy replacements. It uses thermal printing technology, which makes the whole experience a lot more convenient and low-maintenance. It also means less hassle and fewer costs over time, which is a big plus. The printer itself has a clean, modern look and doesn’t take up too much space on my desk. It’s compact but still feels sturdy and well made. Overall, I’m very pleased with this printer. If you’re a Mac user looking for a reliable, easy-to-use, and inkless printing solution with great print quality, the M832 is a solid choice. Highly recommend!

I ran into A LOT of issues with this printer. I can't get it to work with my laptop at all. I FINALLY got it to work with my phone, but the picture come out grainy. It's just not worth the hassle in my opinion.

I bought this printer because I was tired of running out of ink Jen I need it. I bought the individual sheets of thermal paper to use with this because I don’t like how the rolled paper comes out curled. But this works great! It only prints black and white but I only need it for bills and kids’ miscellaneous school stuff so it’s perfect. I do have to manually feed in each sheet of paper which is fine, but that means it prints a little crooked sometimes. Again, this isn’t for work or anything so that works for me. Sometimes it doesn’t catch the paper either and I have to try a few times before it does. That’s a little annoying. It’s very small and portable. I use the app on my iPhone phone to print documents and it works great. Overall this is a great little printer and I LOVE that I will never run out of ink!

I sat in the harsh fluorescent light of my office, papers scattered like leaves in the wind, caffeine humming in my bloodstream, and a grim sense of dread gnawing at the back of my skull. The modern world, that cold, mechanical beast, had decided once again to throw a curveball—deadlines, appointments, commitments—all of it barreling toward me like a freight train with no brakes. In the middle of this chaos arrived the Phomemo Portable Printer, a bizarre little contraption that promised to print everything my cluttered mind could conjure without a drop of ink. Inkless? Could it be? Or was this another fleeting promise of technology gone mad?Out of the box, it was sleek—almost absurdly so. Compact, no bigger than a flask of good bourbon, and it looked like it might have been designed by some minimalist cult in Silicon Valley. They say it’s wireless, they say it’s for travel. Well, I’ve been on the road, and I’ve seen travel—real travel. This little thing wouldn’t make it out of a biker bar without catching a bullet or being used as a coaster for someone's whiskey. But I digress. We’re not here for aesthetics; we’re here for results.SetupSimple enough, but that’s when they get you. Hooked it up via Bluetooth, connected to my phone and laptop like a long-lost companion, almost too easily. In fact, it worked so smoothly that I immediately grew suspicious. Technology never works this seamlessly. I downloaded the app, plugged in the thermal paper, and the thing was off to the races like a crazed stallion set free on the open plains. The PrintNow, let’s talk about the thermal printing—no ink, no mess. It’s like magic, or some dystopian dream where ink has been outlawed, and all we have left are these strange heat-sensitive rolls of paper. And it prints 8.5” x 11” or A4—the size of serious documents, contracts, fines, cease-and-desist orders, subpoenas. The stuff of nightmares, really. But here’s the catch: the quality is shockingly good. Crisp, clear, like it had been etched by some high-precision laser from a secret military lab. I could print from the car, from home, in the middle of the desert if I had to. Portable in every sense of the word, and inkless too, which means no more frantic dashes to Office Depot at 9 p.m. for overpriced toner.PerformanceI tested it everywhere—on the road, in coffee shops, in the murky depths of my office, and it didn’t flinch. Hell, I even printed a full page of tax documents while hurtling down the freeway (disclaimer: don't do that). Fast, reliable, like a machine made for the nomadic freaks of this world who need to get things done on the fly.ConclusionThe Phomemo M832 is a strange beast—equal parts convenience and madness. It feels almost too good to be true, a little inkless wonder that fits in your bag and prints like it’s powered by the gods. But that’s how they get you, right? It lulls you into a false sense of security before life swallows you whole again. But in the meantime, if you need a printer that can travel, keep up with the chaos, and print without the mess, this little monster is your ticket. So here it is: the Phomemo, a machine for the modern world. Useful, sleek, portable—and eerily efficient. If you're constantly on the go, juggling life's relentless absurdities, this thing might just save your soul. Or at least your documents.
