I was hoping I could press my fingers into it and that it would shoot open, but it requires pressing really hard with my palm. Then, it only moves the door about two or three inches open.Disappointed the reviews looked so good!

Once installed, give the door a little push into its pocket and the door springs out without having to grab and pull at the little pull-out handle. We put these on all our pocket doors. It's a marvelous invention!

This is really a nice product. I have no idea why someone did not invent this the first year after inventing the pocket door.We installed this on our new pocket door. Our pocket door actually has the flip out pull or you can push on the door and it pops out. Our daughters love showing everyone their pocket door and we love not having to pull the little flip out to open.

These are plastic but once installed, they work great. You need to remove the little bumper on the back of pocket door and let the Ezcloser act as the stop. I like how it works. Why didn't I use these on all my pocket doors.

The best thing about this pocket door closer is its ability to keep the pocket door from slamming into the pocket when the door is opened too hard. It is also nice to be able to just pop the door out of the jam instead of fiddling with the pull handle. I will be adding these to the other 3 pocket doors in my house, recommend 100%! We docked it one star for price, these could be a bit cheaper I think, but they work as intended.

Works great! Easy install! UPS said they delivered it but I did not receive it, but was resolved immediately and no hassle. Only reason I gave it 4 not 5 stars was the price. If the price is no problem, super product, super company.
