I'm still learning all of the things this little set can do -- but it's easy to set up and use for a beginner, with extras to grow along with you. I like the thoughtful package of everything needed to set up and record podcasts and interview guests right out of the box. The sound is decent and crisp for speaking, with lots of special effects and a Bluetooth background music option. This is perfect for me, as a beginner. I would not use the microphones for vocals or live music, but have been happy with the sound for interviews or recording books or stories. This is an entry level kit and I do recommend it for any budding podcasters.

This is a really complete set of tools for podcasting, but the centerpiece are the microphones and audio mixer. This is a simple mixer compared to some that are available, but more than enough for podcasting. The mics come with arms so they can be positioned as you need, which would probably accommodate a four-person podcast without much difficulty (two people per mic). There are “popper stoppers” and wind screen for each mic, which will help you get the best sound in most situations, and all the cables needed. The monitor earbuds are fine, but you may want to use better headsets than these. Overall, this set has everything you need at a great price! Definitely easier and less expensive than buying everything separately.

For the price, this is a useful kit to get you started podcasting, or recording your voice for videos. The mics are not the best quality, but they do provide consistent sound for recording. The built in bluetooth background music feature is nice, and everything does look good when put together.

As an Integrative Nutritionist and someone who also builds guitars and records music with my family, I ordered this audio bundle to do interviews, podcasts and the occasional music stream. The quality isn’t really there for music but it is a great entry level set for podcasting or conducting interviews. Currently, I have it hooked up to a Mac mini and it performs pretty well. My husband has been enjoying gaming on it too when I am not using it. For someone with audio equipment experience, it’s super simple to start using it. I’m pretty sure it would be straight forward for a novice too. Everything comes in the package and it feels good quality. All in all, a pretty good value for the price but not studio quality.
