While I like the amount of toys that came in this box, I highly doubt dislike how easily the tinsel pieces shed / fall out of the toy.

My cat goes bonkers for these, so I got him this huge box! I may have overdone it, but I can donate a bunch to a shelter. He does pull some of the tinsel out & sometimes eats it, but it's small enough to pass right through. They last for a long time unless the dog gets them. I very often store a few extra in the catnip tin, so when he loses one, I replace it with a "scented" one. When cleaning up, I often find a few under the couch. I just pop them back in the catnip tin to be rotated back in. We have a kitten now as well & she also loves them. I did see my 80lb Pitbull gently pick one up and carry it just like the cats do. He didn't play with it, but it was still cute. I highly recommend these for cat lovers!

Did not receive 300, but with the price I wasn't too worried about that. What DOES worry me is how much of a choking hazard they are. After a month of tossing these out to the cats for play time, I found that one of my cats had begun swallowing them. These are not safe for cats. I have 9lb 1yr old cats and they were able to swallow these.Thankfully the missing toys were vomited up and did not get lodged in the intestines.These are also heavily dyed, and if you have a cat that likes to "drown" their toys, be prepared for dye stains to appear on carpets, rugs, and porous tiles at a minimum. I do not know if it was the smell of the dye when wet that attracted my other kitten to start swallowing them, but I can confirm that the only ones he swallowed were ones that his brother had dunked in the water bowl.

This is a great cat toy! The size is accurate. They do not last a long time with my large cats but they're a great price for a toy to keep my cats busy! The colors are vibrant. They are super light weight and easy for even the kittens to carry around. I do recommend and will buy again!

My cats favorite toys are these tinsel balls so I decided to get this pack...same quality as pets mart for pennies on the dollar less. Now when he tears them apart I can replace them no worries.
