We love this item. The fan is super strong and the mister works great. The noise level is not that loud. The mister does leak if you do not tighten the screw very tight. Overall this works very well.

Tested in- a VERY dry, very hot climateTested indoors and outsideCon: Lack of proper operating instructionsPro: Set up- very easy, but don't expect much from the included instructions. There is no how to guide. You will have to press buttons and figure it out as you go.Use distilled water if at all possible to make your routine cleaning way way easier. Money up front, save time later when cleaning.I tried this indoors when I had family visit from a very humid climate to my very dry climate. I think the mist is a bit too strong for indoor use. It's got great water output and I think indoors you'd want something a lot finer. We tested in a large living room away from furniture and while it did keep us cooler, it also made us damp. Now we know this is really an outdoor device.Water output- I found it just perfect outdoors in 109F degree heat. Excellent fan output as well.The light feature is a fun bonus. Choose one color or have it cycle. NOte the swivel function is activated with the light button.It's definitely larger in person that I imagined but not too large- light and portable for sure.Held a charge for three full water cycles, which I found impressive.
