This ended up working out great for the home office. It would be suitable for a small room to supplement central air. The instructions were easy to follow and the buttons are sensitive to the touch. I like the options for the intensity of the spritz and air, however, I didnt notice a huge difference in the output. For this price, it is worth the purchase as long as expectations are managed. This will not cool off your house or bedroom but it will help circulate the air in the room.

Decently made portable fan that has a unique mist feature that helps for your average summer day. I like how the device rotates and that the mist would last 6-8 hours under normal use. It powers with a usb c cable and is very convenient as it can be plugged into anywhere as it doesn't require much power to operate. The built in handle makes it easy to transport as needed. It's a competitive fan worth looking at if you're in the hunt for a desk fan, but don't expect this to become your next AC unit.

Love ❤️ everything about this air cooler!! I had 4 previously, and this one is the best so far 🥰 the size it’s just perfect for all day cooling. Love the fact that the tank is detachable for cleaning and can add water too through the top! It’s bigger than my previous air coolers but it’s not too big for my room! More powerful and more air! I keep my room open so air is constantly circulating and the room feels so nice! Specially since I work grave in hot Las Vegas!! And I sleep during the hot day! Will be getting a second one for sure!!

Nice little fan and humidifier. It doesnt really cool honesty but i liked as a fan and it worked decently for me as a humidifier

5/3/2025 review of the Passky Store Portable Air Cooler with 3 Speeds & Mist Modes - Compact Personal Evaporative Cooler w/ 45° Oscillation, Washable Filter, Visible 500ml Tank for Bedroom Office Outdoor: $19.99I'm very happy with this personal / portable swamp cooler unit. I live on the West Coast where we only have above 90 degree temperature about 3 weeks out of the year. Having a couple of these units to make it more comfortable for seniors and young children for those 3 weeks is the intended use. These come in handy to take on camping trips as well.The good:1. Controls: The buttons are touch sensing. No need to push, just touch the button with your finger gently to change settings / power on off. I didn't expect this on an inexpensive device.2. USB powered / USB C. Documentation recommended using 1.5A. I tested using a 1.0A USB brick.* Fan on low setting: user can feel breeze within 2.5 feet of fan.* Fan on med setting: user can feel breeze within 5 feet of fan.* Fan on high setting: user can feel breeze within 8 feet of fan.For a test run using a USB power brick that's weaker than recommended, this exceeded my expectations.3. The water tank opening cap is a good size, large enough to put in a 2" ice cube (whiskey ice cube) to cool the water temperature. For those hot summer days when the temperature goes over 90, using refrigerated water and a couple of ice cubes should keep the elderly / young kids cool.4. It's well designed. Swivels from left to right or keep it fixed in 1 direction. Can adjust vertical angles as well. The carrying strap is convenient. The glyphs above the controls are intuitive and great for none English reading users.The not so good / area of improvement: I'm being nitpicky here and none of these factors affected my rating of this product given the value of what it is we get for $20.1. The plastic feels a little light weight. If we're talking about using this in very hot weather I have slight concerns over structural integrity, especially with the water tank being on top of the electronics.2. The fan is fairly loud on the high setting. It's acceptable on the low setting.3. I'm not a fan of look. Pun intended. It looks like a toy egg with grills and really fits in a game room.4. Included usb cable is about 3.75ft long, which is kind of an odd length. It's fine if there's a desktop power source but short if there isn't. I used my own 6ft long usb C cable which worked just fine.

This is not an air conditioner and it will not cool you down well if you live somewhere with a lot of humidity. This is essentially a very small swamp cooler style fan. You can add an ice cube to your water tank to make the water the fan blows into your room a little cooler. This works best in places where there is dry heat. I live in the desert and will be happy to have this as it gets hot this summer. It's not a super quiet fan, but I didn't expect it to be for $20. It's very portable which is great for moving from room to room. The charging cord provided is pretty short. As with most electronics these days, you'll need to provide your own charging port. It has several speeds on the fan part and how much humidity is being blown into your room. This really cools you down in the desert.
