- Medium fine coffee grounds
- 195℉ ～ 205℉ water temperature
- 1:16 coffee to water ratio by weight
- 2min ~ 3min brewing time
Select Grounds
Use medium find degree grounds, 18g for making 1 cup of coffee and 36g for making 2 cups of coffee.
Blooming 20s
Use 195℉ ～ 205℉ water wet all the grounds and wait for 20 seconds.
Pouring
Slowly pour over water in spiral for 2min ~ 3min. 240g water for 1 cup coffee and 480g water for 2 cups of coffee.

For me it's so easy! Not heavy, great filter, coffee and hot water! And in a couple minutes I get my great coffee! Tastes great, easy to use and easy to clean! Can't ask for more than that!

I love pour over coffee, and I try to use stainless steel items over any coffee makers with plastic, etc. This is great to make 1 cup of coffee and it's easy to clean too! I travel a lot, so it's easy to take with me! It's also easy to clean and came with it's own cleaning brush! Highly recommend if you're wanting pour over coffee and to ditch the plastics!

I love the simplicity of this triple filter coffee maker. I have been happy with the clean cup of coffee it makes with no sediment or visible oil slick at the top. I use a medium grind coffee with no issues.

Excellent coffee filter and pour over coffee maker all in one. A finer grind seems to work best. I'm using a natural bristle brush to clean it instead of the plastic one that came with it. This will keep micro-plastics from breaking off into the filter and getting in the coffee.Makes a good tasting cup of coffee. Seems to be high quality and is a good value for the money.

This pour over coffee dripper is simple to use and works great. It filters well and feels sturdy. I like that it’s reusable and easy to clean. Good quality and saves money on paper filters.

This coffee filter is very convenient, can remove base if I want to pour over coffee into narrow neck glass bottle. And also combination structure is robust, it hard to disassemble filter and base strucutre. Also it have three layer for filter, could make sure there is no coffee grounds drop into coffee. Although its weight is not very light, but it is stiffness and stable. Comapre to tranditional coffee filter, it is not easy to wash, need to take more time to make sure there is no coffee and coffee grounding remaining in filter. Also when i open it, there is little metal smell, I think that is normal for metal parts. After wash couple time, there is no metal smell anymore. This is my first time to use metal coffee filter, I feel like it thickness is thinner than what i image, but seems like it is still robust, and I am worry that not sure it could use for 3 years or not. It throws in smaller brush, but it seems not very robust, I would still use my own brush to clean filter.

This is a nice, solidly built dripper that produces good coffee with no silt. And I like that the filter detaches from the base. But it is VERY slow and even clogs/stops, no matter the grind size. I have to turn my kettle back on several times to keep my pour water at correct temps. I would not buy it again for that reason. Maybe go for a double ply, rather than triple.
