Not Velcro but can you can use a hair straightener to iron this on, even overtop of Velcro. Bought this for my pets vest and it’s super cute!

Used for a craft gift for my hubby. Ironed on well and is holding up. I havent washed the robe its ironed on so I dont know how it holds up to the wash. Some patches curl after time. Overall it's a nice patch.
