Your cart is empty.This is a heavy-duty pneumatic storm door closer for heavy weight wood or aluminum outswinging doors. It has a 1-1/2 inch barrel that is 10-3/8 inch long in a white finish. It comes complete with mounting brackets and attaching hardware. It has adjustable closing speed.

Installed Jan 2022, after purchasing Dec 2021. Replaced on June 26, 2022 since all the hydraulic fluid leaked out and causes this unit to stop working as intended. Bought 2 for 2 doors. Both have the same issue.

Used it to replace Anderson storm door pumps with peddle that holds door open. I've gone through 3 of the Anderson supplied pumps and they are of very poor quality. Sure this pump doesn't have a peddle but it does have the normal piece to hold door open you just have to slip it on below putting it on the door. The adjustment screw is a little fussy, I suggest you lubricate your door handle and latch with WD-40 before adjusting the pressure closing screw. Decent pump for the money.

This is not one of the cheapo closers you get with a storm or screen door...very well made and finely adjustable...I am so glad I paid a bit more for a higher quality closer...

I have had to replace this twice on my screen door. The piston part works as expected however, the metal part that is actually screwed into the door jam is not heavy duty. After a few weeks I've noticed it is starting to bend and puts the door out of alignment.
