I ordered the wrong size of drawer rails twice before finding these. I measured my drawers and it seemed like a half inch would be right, but not so much. I searched forever before finding this width. They fit, but they were so hard to get on. I had to put on six of them, so my fingers were sore when I got done. But at least they are tight and I won’t have to worry about them falling off

I bought the 4 foot long rails because my drawers are almost 24 inches, so I cut these almost in half. You will need to use a saw to cut as they are too thick for scissors. My drawer sides are exactly 5/8 inches thick and these were a very tight fit. They were difficult to put on but that is by design. You want a tight fit to prevent them from coming off.

Great product. Unfortunately, after installing, I found my desk drawer was too wide. Be careful to measure carefully because the wood drawer can be 1/2" or 5/8" - - not much difference. The point is you'll never get 1/2" rails on a 5/8" drawer. Easy to cut with a pair of wire clippers.
