The lamps are very bulky, get extremely hot, and heat up the entire room. If you plan to use them for lighting your filming process, be prepared for it to get uncomfortably warm. If you need to have some control over that… I suggest looking for something else

I don't know how I did without these lights before! All my old pictures now look yellow except those in the sun. I was taking pictures of silver things and they all looked like copper or gold, but with these lights, they actually look silver now! SO glad it came with 2. And they are very easily portable.

Update.... the company was super helpful. Unfortunately we had a broken leg when it got to us. I left a review and the company was quick to fix the issue, literally got back to me within hours.They compensated for the damaged items and were extremely pleasant all the way through. I have changed from 3 star (due to broken leg) to 5 stars because it wasn't their fault and they were so quick to fix it for us.I would definitely recommend this seller.I'm giving 3 stars because despite the condition, it all arrived and functions....ish.Everything works great except for the stand. As you can see in the picture, it arrived with a busted leg.The box was beat up pretty bad when it arrived so it could have happened in shipping.Either way, we paid for something that is broke.My husband will figure it out. He's resourceful but when you pay for a product, you shouldn't have to improvise to make it work.Yes, I could have sent it back, but we ordered because my husband needed it now...for a job. So there was no "send it back and wait for a replacement"

These are pretty good lamps. Three issues I have:1) top heavy. Might want to get some weight bags to drop on the legs so they don't tip over.2) the power cord isn't long enough. 9 feet long sounds good but if you have The stands fully extended, that takes up 6 ft by itself, which means you only get 3 ft to an outlet. I spliced in an extra 10 ft and that works very well for me.3) The bags that come with this only hold softbox, so you need something for the stands and something for the light bulbs. I decided to keep the cardboard shipping box (for the time being) and wrap the bulbs in newspaper when not in use.Overall, I like these and will continue to use them. They don't throw a tremendous amount of light, but for the price point they are a good entry level light box.
