As an everynight paperback reader once in bed this item is terrific & here's why... 1. For a start the spotlight is a white light concentrated across 2 pages without lighting up the bedroom like my bedside lamp does..... helping hubby to sleep!. It's a must have item for a hospital stay.2. Secondly the unit is rechargeable & a short usb cable is included. The charge lasts longer than I expected.Both the points above were key selling points for me but that's not everything I like...3. The flexibility of the neck light ensures you can bend, twist & turn to your favourite reading angle.4. The additional wide angle light has the option of switching between a yellow or a cool white light at the touch of a button.5. Whilst I'm only interested in using this neck light for reading, the wide angle light would meet the needs of many other uses, from crafting through to using as a torch.6. The unit could not be more comfortable whether you're standing, sitting, laying down or with your head & neck squashed against a cushion or a pillow.7. The two ends, one with the spotlight & one with the wide angle each have an on/off button easily located with a finger in total darkness. The on/off button on the wide angle offers an additional option of changing between a yellow light or cool white with a click on the same button.8. This neck light will travel with me.... it's very light to pack. Now I can sit on my holiday balcony with the ceiling light off ensuring it's my book that's bathed in light & not me!How could I not recommend this neck light. Could using this neck light be easier to use?? I cannot see how! I ordered a pink one for me & a black one for my puzzle crazy husband. He's just as happy as I am.

Everyone needs one. I use mine for crochet and reading. My daughter uses hers to go hands-free when checking on her chickens at night.

This works good for reading in bed at night. Light is directed at book so does not put a lot of ambient light around the bed area. Also lightweight so you do not feel it around your neck.

This light and case are great! Each light head functions separately and the bigger of the 2 has different settings. The size is just enough for you to do your reading and bit get in your way. The light is very flexible but not flimsy, it's light weight but not cheap, you won't be disappointed!

Stopped working after 2 weeks. I'm about to ship it back.

Great quality 2 different types of lights one side is a more focused light beam with several intensities of brightness and the other side has a more diffuse light with different shade of light -think of an LED that has soft white / bright white options.Lightweight and can be adjusted to illuminate what you need to see. I use it for needlepoint and can adjust it easily.

This was Exactly what i needed to do close reading, sewing and crafts. The light colors adjust for brightness and they not only can bend to the position you need but also zoom in and out. Love them!

Die Lampe macht ein tolles Licht. Man hat ja zwei verschiedene Lichtquellen an den Enden, so dass man sie gut auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse anpassen kann. Beim nähen abends auf dem Sofa leistet sie wirklich gute Dienste. Man kann damit auch lesen abends. Die Farbe gefällt mir und es ist nicht unangenehm am Hals beim Tragen. Ein absoluter Pluspunkt ist, dass ma die Lampe wieder aufladen kann. Hierzu ist es Kabel mit USB Anschluss beigelegt.

Pros:- the rectangular light panel is in fact a lot nicer/more natural than flashlight style- angle makes it feel less like it’s about to slip off, yet pretty comfortable to wear- one size fits all factor strong- I got a bright blue one and hopefully it’ll be harder to lose- USB-C charging should go without saying, but some of the otherwise-compelling competition were mini(!!), so: USB-C charging, uneventfully and standard.- has the needed points for torque to adjust position of light desirablyI haven’t accidentally sat on it or anything and hope not to, but overall it seems quite solid and has shown no signs of objecting to wandering around my bed.Cons/caveats:- The “hinges” for adjusting the light fight me more than would be ideal, either it’s nothing or they’ll wear out faster than the rest- “flashlight” side gets very very hot very quickly in use, I’ll be keeping an eye on that.- “flashlight” very much an afterthought—no control over brightness or color temperature, which is unfortunate and makes using it feel like an imposition- in order to turn the main light off, you have to cycle through modes with the power button, which in my case means briefly being massively brighter warm then cold white since I want it dim and gentle.The last point is probably the biggest contributor to this rating (rounding down from 4.5/5, I think) other than the heat concerns. I have to flash a bright light at my surroundings and kill my night vision in order to… turn off my otherwise-inoffensive dim reading light… it’s jarring and poor UX.Memory function otherwise seems fine but it’s a lesson in single-button interfaces making no one happy

Lecture de nuit, très confortable, orientable, dimable vraiment bien

J’ai dû acheter au fil des années une bonne dizaine de lampes de lecture. J’ai de tout : des minis à pile ronde, des moyennes à piles AAA ou AA, une grande sur secteur, et deux ou trois petites USB ainsi que deux tours de cou. Pourquoi tant de lampes ? J’adore la lecture et je suis handicapée moteur & alitée pendant le plus clair de mon temps. Je cherche depuis des années LA lampe de lecture idéale. Et ça y est je l’ai trouvée !Cette lampe est confortable autour du cou. Honnêtement, je m’endors régulièrement avec et elle ne me dérange pas plus que ça !Il y a trois modes d’éclairage (chaud, froid et intermédiaire, je dirais, ou en termes de couleurs, jaune foncé, bleutée, et jaune clair) que l’on change en pressant le bouton power.Le gros plus, c’est que chaque couleur peut être plus ou moins forte - on peut tamiser la lumière en gardant le bouton power appuyé. Au final cela fait une gamme d’éclairage non négligeable et largement supérieure à beaucoup de lampes disponibles sur le marché.Concernant le tour de cou : la raison pour laquelle j’adore cette lampe est que, pour une fois, la lampe est plutôt stable en tour de cou. Les autres que j’ai pu essayer bougeaient tout le temps, les sources de lumière n’étaient pas stables et il fallait tout le temps les ajuster pour pouvoir lire le haut de la page, le milieu, puis le bas de la page. Et en plus de cela il fallait aussi ajuster systématiquement selon qu’on lise la page de droite ou la page de gauche.Celle-ci est conçue de manière beaucoup plus intelligente : la lampe principale à trois couleurs pivote et le tour de cou a une partie dure arrondie qui passe à l’arrière du cou mais les bras de chaque lampe peuvent être ajustés de façon très simple et garder leur nouvelle forme. Ce n’est pas le cas de beaucoup de lampes de ce type, à ma connaissance en tout cas. Sur les modèles que j’ai déjà, il faut même utiliser des scratches pour accrocher les deux bras ensemble et les empêcher de reprendre leur forme initiale ou de partir dans tous les sens.En plus, la lampe principale éclaire une large surface : résultat, plus besoin d’ajuster sans cesse de haut en bas et de gauche à droite. Une fois installée, je n’ai plus à y toucher et je peux juste profiter de ma lecture et tourner mes pages en oubliant presque la présence de ma lampe.Au final, cette lampe répond parfaitement à mes besoins : le fait qu’une fois ajustée, il n’y ait plus à la toucher est le plus gros avantage qu’elle présente. On peut lire (ou tricoter ou broder, ou autre) en toute sérénité et sans se fatiguer les yeux.Ah et ma fille me la pique souvent pour se promener dans l’appartement sans allumer les lumières, et apparemment c’est très utile pour se déplacer dans le noir aussi !Pour la recharger, un mini câble USB C est fourni avec. Personnellement j’utilise un câble à moi qui est nettement plus long et je charge régulièrement la lampe tout en l’utilisant, ce qui est aussi bien pratique ! (Et pour info, je n’ai eu aucun problème de chauffe de la partie qui charge, ou autre)Honnêtement, vu tous les avantages de cette lampe tour de cou, je trouve le prix plus que correct. C’est un petit investissement, mais je l’ai pour ma part vite amortie car je l’utilise tous les jours.En bref, si vous cherchez une lampe tour de cou polyvalente, efficace et facile d’utilisation, ne cherchez pas plus loin !
