I use these just about every day. I’ve bought multiple and I haven’t had to touch my back ups. These are very well balanced with an excellent bite. There’s little to no slipping. All three co workers have purchased after using mine. I stand by rigid and I stand by these.

I can't think of any brand that has better bite than Ridgid.If you need a pipe wrench for your job, don't even bother with anything else. Buy once, cry once. It's a worthy investment to spend an extra amount on this tool that will last for years versus a lesser tool that will let you down from the first week.

I finally had to replace an Aluminum 14" wrench I had bought in 1986. Probably used an average of 4+ days a week for 35 years. It finally wore out (the aluminum body, not the jaws). If there was ever a product that exhibited good bang for the buck, this is probably it! Highly recommend.

Awsome pipe wrench, Good Quality,Was purchased to replace a worn-out Ridgid steel pipe wrench that lasted for many years of constant gas piping use. The Ridgid Aluminum in comparison to Ridgid Steel is much lighter and more comfortable and easier to work with. Very happy with this purchase!

Do not even consider buying any other pipe wrench than Rigid as you are throwing away your money. In larger sizes buy the aluminium wrench

Great pipe wrench, due to its length I would not want to use this on much more than 1.5", but you can open the jaws to accommodate most hex fitting on 2" at a REAL push, although you'll struggle to put on enough force. Really lightweight, but strong. Teeth are hard and sharp. and no chips so far (used this on 316 stainless and cast iron)
