Installation was straightforward. The video did a terrific job detailing the job. Quality of support bracket is top notch. All provided hardware is stainless steel. The backboard and rim are rugged. Should last many, many years!They have an actual phone number will real people that are helpful!

The assembly and installation instructions were terribly inadequate, and professional installation for the just the weight of the backboard is highly recommended. Also make sure you have exposed structure in your garage.

Like the backboard is made of granite. So darn solid. Wish the top didn’t stick up 5 inches above the board though. Totally recommend

This was a Valentine's day gift for my 12 year old son who spent hours on end at the park perfecting his game. Now thanks to Pro Dunk, he and his friends have a new place to practice at our home. I did a lot of research and found that the Roof King Gold was the best hoop system for our needs. The way that our home, garage and driveway are situated, an in ground system would just not logistically work for us. I do not know, nor have I ever seen anyone with any kind or type of roof mount system; everyone in my neighborhood has the in ground or free standing type. So after reading a multitude of reviews, I decided that the Roof King Gold was exactly what we needed for our home. My son and all of his friends absolutely LOVE this system. He has been out there practicing everyday, snow, rain or shine since the system was installed. Pro dunk provided courteous customer service, and an impressive list of reputable installers in my area. Even though the system comes with easy to follow on line instructions, prior to ordering I already knew that we would be having this system installed... my husband thinks his is Bob-the-builder, I can assure you he is not (smile). Needless to say, we are extremely happy with our Roof King, it is exactly what my family needed. The system is not overly imposing nor does it take away from the beauty of our home. I am very happy with this product. It seems to be very well made, strong and sturdy even with months of hard competitive play. I would recommend this to a friend.
