Well, it has performed adequately for five years now. But, holes are developing from corrosion so it looks like I am going to have to replace. The description says corrosion resistant--I guess just for five years.

Unfortunately it did not work for me, but no fault of the product in my case just did not fit but looked like a nice product.

I purchased this on Amazon 26 months ago. A few days ago we found a leak and I discovered it had corroded so badly it had broken apart. Not wanting to have to have anyone over in the house because of Covid, I bought it again so I could just swap it out.The new one leaked badly where the bottom part screws out for cleaning, but copious amounts of plumbers tape finally stopped it.NOTHING stronger than table distilled vinegar ever went down this drain (I don’t like drain cleaner).As soon as COVID settles down I’ll spend the money on a decent bottle trap.

Out of the box... this Bottle Trap leaks... even if joints are tightened. You will need to do something to seal multiple joints prior to installation.In addition the rubber "seal" provided to join this with the wall drain pipe is 100% useless. You will need to purchase a better joint connection.I would not recommend this to anybody who doesn't have professional help.Retired Plumber.
