I got this latch for a DIY project and it was just what I needed. It comes with everything that you need for installation, it looks great and it functions flawlessly. The finish and construction quality are top notch.I do recommend and I would buy this latch again.

Perfect for my project. Dimensions provided were accurate, build quality was very good. Unit feels sturdy and has a very positive actions. The photos are accurate in the vendors listing. The 2 screws provided are for the latch itself. You have to provide your own for the latch plate (which is expected). Very happy with it.

Great for marine applications! I used this stainless replacement latch for an almost identical plastic latch on my boat. I alweays needed to replace the plastic as it broke early in the boat's life, but I couldn't find a replacement. I saw this one on Amazon and it looked like a good match. It feels heavy duty and is all metal. I'm not sure the screws and internal parts are stainless, but the outside handle and body are stainless steel and well polished and have heavy weight. It's a quality latch.
