Everything I needed, with only one issue. This set is good quality. I love that it comes with extra blades and linen covers. The bench scraper and dough whisk are great. My only issue is with the bowl scraper. It does not work work, for two reasons. One, it doesn't have a rounded edge to snug up against the curve of a bowl so you are left with a lot of dough cling and a messy bowl. The other is the scraper is also not flexible. If it were, the lack of round edges might be something you could get around by flexing the scraper and bending it to the shape of your bowl. But it is stiff and inflexible. The "bowl scraper" is really only good for scraping flat surfaces, like your countertop. However, the bench scraper does a much better job at flat surface scraping so the plastic scraper is pretty useless. I'm buying a round edge bowl scraper separately. The only thing this set is lacking.

The baskets are made from a high quality rattan which allows the bread to breathe. Each basket is sized to make medium and large loaves. The included liners (2 for each size) allows me to continue to proof another loaf while cleaning the just used liner. Clean up isn't bad - if the dough sticks to either the liner or the basket used without a liner, just let the dough dry and brush it off with a stiff brush.I love this set and it's included tools like the danish whisk, the scrapers and the bread lame and included razor blades.

INcluded recipes are pretty standard and the baskets appear well made and should last quite a while. The included liners a simple cloth pieces that should hold up fairly well too as long as they are cared for and the doughs placed in them aren't too wet. The additional tools are nice, but most people making bread, by the time they want a Banneton to raise their level will have the appropriate or preferred tools. Nice for starting out, but if you are starting at a level expecting to use a lame and Bannetons, you probably have a learning cliff you're facing.

I got this kit specifically for the larger banneton basket. Most other options out there are 9", and I already have that size so I wanted something a little larger. This kit has both the 9" and 10" options, and each basket comes with two liners, so you can wash/dry one while using the other - very helpful! The other tools are decent quality. I like the plastic scraper to use on my quartz countertop so I don't worry about scratching it. Overall, a very decent starter set for the breadmaking game!
