Perfect fit and good for sweat retention. I wore this when I worked out and sat in the sauna and it soaked up all of my sweat. A great shirt to try to lose weight and maintain the shape. Good material and quality.

Ordered 1 size up from my normal shirt size as instructed and it fits well. Working out in this gets me drenched in sweat so it is quite effective. The fabric makes a weird noise every time I move, but overall a good product.

When I first opened the package, the suit had a strong chemical smell. I washed it before wearing, and while it definitely fits tight and gives a slimming look, the smell came back once I started sweating at the gym.That said, it absolutely does its job—I sweated more than usual during my workout. Hopefully, the odor fades after a few more washes and uses.It’s machine washable (gentle cycle, cold only) and needs to be line dried. Just something to keep in mind if you’re looking for convenience in care.Note: I received this item for free through the Amazon Vine program in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

This sauna sweatshirt definitely makes you sweat — mission accomplished there. The inside has this waterproof, heat-trapping material that basically turns you into a walking pressure cooker. If you're looking to sweat buckets, it delivers.BUT… sizing is way off. I’m 275 lbs and ordered a 2XL, which should’ve given me some room — instead, I ended up in a full-body compression wrap that gave me the worst muffin top of my life. I looked like a sausage trying to escape its casing.If you're on the bigger side, definitely size WAY up — or look for something with a bit more give. Good for sweating, but not for your self-esteem.

My son works outside and he likes to sweat (lol) for health purposes. This was great for him. It is tight to get on, but once it’s on…it’s great. It fit well, did was it was supposed to do and washes easily.
