Wildflowers are one of the easiest, hardiest, and fastest-growing flowers available to gardeners. Growing insect-friendly flowers is the single most important way you can help bolster your local honey bee and monarch butterfly population. This mix attracts butterflies and pollinators essential to the health and longevity of the wildflower patch.
- Wildflower blends are easy to grow from seed and recommended for direct outdoor sowing after the frost.
- Mix wildflower seeds with sand to increase visibility during sowing.
- Broadcast the seed/sand over a weeded area (this package covers up to 250 square feet) and evenly rake and lightly tamp wildflower seeds into the soil.
- Germination for the 13 varieties occurs between 20 - 30 days.
- Wildflower seeds may also be sown in the fall and will be dormant until spring.

Straddling 9B and 10A East Coast after digging out the front yard for walkway grading along the house oak tree fall filled the yard for a few years, some sand, native soil and yellow label MiracleGro.An explosion of flowers and a treat every morning and afternoon. This is two months growth rate posted Mar/6/25.Dense flowers the last two+ weeks going well?! You see it.Anyways, I ended up hanging the used cans, (all 3) from a copper pipe crossbar-style handle on my waist high picket fence.Pay attention to make divots(every 12 inches) you can pour water/No1 together starting from 8:1. Hand watered until I started the 2 R-Van sprinklers.What a surprise for the passersby;)

Should have taken a picture. But was very surprised on opening the container, it seemed mostly empty. Maybe a teaspoon or so. Again, I should have snapped a pic. Who knows, I have a very small garden but is there a need for a container so big for such few seeds? Misleading with the packaging used. If I have decent results will update this review but right now it could be waste of money. I had purchased another product, small envelope of similar seeds from another brand, for 6$ and seemed to have more in the little envelope, then this shaker had for 21$.
