This is definitely good if you were packing for like a 7 day trip I would say. In my case, I was able to fit my kelty wireless 2 tent in there minus the poles ofc, but i STILL had some room leftover! Therefore, i think it would be handy if you were traveling for a long time and were a minimalist tbh meaning, you aren't wearing a fresh new outfit everyday.

i was expecting a tight fit for my new sleeping bag (which came with a garbage compression sack) when i ordered the 15 liter bag. i received an even tighter fit when i opened my package to see a 14 liter bag. i don’t think the 1 liter difference is a deal breaker in my case, but it might be for you.also, this an interesting stuff sack in that the brain of the bag is sewn directly to the top of the bag for about 1/8 of the circumference. makes it a little difficult to stretch the cover over top of an overstuffed sack (which might be an issue for you if you’re expecting a 15 liter bag and receive a 14 liter bag).

Ce sac de compression est facile d'utilisation et permet de vraiment gagner de la place quand on a un sac de couchage qui une fois sorti prend de la place. Je l'ai acheté en remplacement du sac de compression fourni avec le sac de couchage dans lequel il était pratiquement impossible de remettre le sac une fois déballé. Celui-ci offre un bon espace avant compression.

I was (lovingly) warned by those who know me and know that I tend to travel with my entire closet - if I want to fly with only a carryon on Icelandic air, my carryon bag must obey Icelandic’s stricter-than-most size restrictions. So I bought two of these compression sacks. They turned my big, unruly, nearly 14 pound mountain of fleece and wool layers into two 7-pound, tightly compressed sausages - fat sausages - able to slide quite easily into my carry on bag, leaving plenty of room to spare. No magic with the weight, of course - the carryon still weighed the same 15 pounds after packing, but it now it looked like it was half empty instead of overstuffed, & could easily scrunch to the strict size restriction. Plus, I still had room for souvenirs for the trip home. This product was a huge revelation to me. Why didn’t I find these sooner? These are absolutely brilliant. Also, the trip laundry could be tightly contained for the way home, and I only had to release the whole lot of it directly into the washing machine - like coiled springs popping from a can - when I got home. And they’re machine washable themselves.

bag is nice, but they tend to too small when you go by the manufactures recommendation, said it would fit my large sleeping bag, not even close. worked good for something else tho

Good quality materials, 10l perfect size for compressing a sleeping bag to fit in a pack on backpacking trips. I haven’t used it yet, but I can tell the materials are much better quality than the stock stuff sack that came with a sleeping bag I recently purchased.

Comprate due, S e XS. Incredibile quanta roba ci entra dentro ed essendo comprimibili si adattano ad ogni esigenza . Le misure oltre la S le consiglio per esigenze particolari, io nella XS ho messo due pantaloni (lungo e corto) e tre magliette estive. Per ottimizzare e gestire spazi interni allo zaino sono essenziali, assolutamente consigliate. Materiale e fattura ad oggi mi sembrano di qualità e resistenti.

Un indispensable pour son sac de couchage ou simplement des vêtements.Protège de l'humidité, fais perdre 2/3 de l'espace de mon sac de couchage. Visuellement et au touché on sent la qualité. Un peu peur quand même de laisser mon sac de couchage comprimé sur la durée dedans car j'ai peur qu'avec le temps ça tire trop sur les coutures de ce sac. Donc personnellement dès que j'arrive chez moi je décompresse le sac.Je recommande vivementPS: Attention de ne pas se tromper sur la taille, un conseil: mesurez votre sac de couchage transformez les dimensions en litrage et voyez celui qui vous correspond.

I bought this compression sack so that I can start traveling with a smaller bag. I was able to fit a ton of stuff into this bag and compress it down quite a bit. The straps and buckles seem very sturdy so far. I just hope it stays sturdy. I may be looking into buying more in the future, but may look for a waterproof one as this one is only water resistant

Ottima sacca di compressione, robusta, utilizzata sia per contenere biancheria che il sacco a pelo, che la tenda, molto soddisfatto (infatti ne ho acquistate altre due , una XS ed una S)

Great compression bag! It compresses my oversized Big Agnes Deer Park sleeping bag and a pillow so small that it fits in the sleeping bag compartment of my backpack! Keeps the contents dry. Even though the attached lid is sometimes hard to shift back over the top if you have the bag super full, it's definitely worth the struggle since it can compress the contents so compact and nicely shaped that makes it very convenient to pack.

登山やスポーツ、旅行にスタッフバッグは色々なサイズのものを持っているが、多くは口を紐やバンドで閉めるタイプであり、今回は初めてコンプレッションでギュっと圧縮できるタイプのものを購入した。コンプレッションはやはり便利でフリースや手袋、ネックウォーマー等のカサ張りがちなものを入れてギュッと閉めるだけでかなりカサが圧縮できる。圧縮の方法も簡単でベルトギュっと締めるだけ。これだけ簡単に容積を小さくできるのはパッキングの際に大きなアドバンテージがありますね。もちろん旅行の時に衣類を圧縮するのにも役に立つでしょう。一つ難を言うとすればシンプルな造りのスタッフバッグに比べてベルト部分などのがあるために少しだけ重いというところでしょうか。と言っても数グラム変わる程度なので大した違いではありません。

This Sea to Summit Compression sack accompanied me on my first backpacking trip ever up in Alaska. I definitely over prepared in clothes but you could not tell by the space in my backpack. The compression sack also ended up helping me keep my backpack organized. I will say that my clothes compressed to more like half the size versus 1/3 but still extremely useful. My dad got the same compression sack for his sleeping bag and it worked out just as well.Obviously this sack is not waterproof so my clothes did get wet one day in the rain but the bag did exactly what it was supposed to do.For those of you worried about Waterproof bags try the eVent Compression Dry Sack
