I have always wanted a sauna jacket for running and sweating to eliminate all the toxins away. For cold weather it's great too, it keeps you warm and actually works quite well even in very cold weather. The material is excellent, it fits very well, I really like the design and it is lightweight. Recommended!

I’ve been using this SEXYWG hooded sauna jacket for a few days now, and it definitely gets me sweating right away. The fabric is single layer lightweight polyester with a silver-colored rubber lining inside which is what traps the heat. One thing I wasn’t too thrilled about is the hoodie itself. It doesn’t have an adjustable drawstring, leaving it to move around quite a bit when windy. In terms of sizing, it’s definitely fitted, which works if you want it snug for more intense sweating. However, if you’re someone who needs more range of motion or comfort, I’d recommend going up at least one size, so be sure to measure yourself and order the desired size per the fitting size chart.The jacket does emit a bit of a weird rubber silicone smell when you first get it out of the plastic bag it comes in, likely due to the inner silver lining. I found airing it out for a day helped reduce this weird scent significantly, but after its first use and light wash, this silicone smell will disappear. One feature I really like is the reflective stripes. They’re subtle but effective, especially if you're out running or walking near traffic. The increased visibility adds a layer of safety that’s always appreciated, particularly in low-light conditions. Overall, it’s been a good experience with this jacket. Seems durable and does what it’s supposed to do in terms of making you sweat, for both indoor and outdoor activities.

i don't use this for the sauna but find it pretty handy regardless.basically, if you want to stay warm and very light, this totally works. its basically windproof, so doesn't breath at all, but will also trap in all your body heat. so i wear this on chilly mornings for running or biking, and despite being very light and thin, you pretty much sweating in no time, and you basically just unzip to cool down.

I got this to replace my other sauna zip up as I’ve had it for about six months and it was starting to deteriorate. This one’s much nicer because it comes with a hood. I love wearing these jackets because it makes me feel like I’m sweating more in the gym and it gives me that extra boost keeping my muscles warm.The only downside of this is that the zipper does get stuck quite a bit. Sometimes I find myself really having to tug on the zipper to get it to come down or go off.

Upon opening this workout jacket, it smelled awful. Highly recommend washing it before first use. I wouldn't even bother airing it out, just go straight to the wash. I am usually a size XL and am glad I got a size up, because the XXL fit just right. Id recommend getting a size up as it seems to run small. The jacket works well and helps keep your body insulated. It does make you sweat a lot which is a good thing. Its a good jacket and works great for what its supposed to, but the awful smell and sizing issue were a bit frustrating.

I really like this jacket. It seems to put together well with good quality materials. This will help you get your temperature up and a sweat started quicker. The zippered pockets are a nice feature for active users. Also like the hood it is a nice addition. Will get a lot of use out of the jacket in the days ahead.

The jack is very good a bit flimsy for the price but it does heat up really quickly and makes me sweat alot.Very good heat capture and overall no issues, i wash it many times a week in the washing machine and has not faded or ripped.After a few weeks it has been perfect! good price good item over all amazing!

I'm genuinely surprised at how well this thing works. When I first received it, I thought it was way too thin to have much of an effect. But after just warming up with this jacket on, I felt myself sweating as if I had done a full routine already. The inner lining truly does an amazing job of retaining your body heat.That said, this does not have as much of a stretch as the description claims. Especially when doing bench presses or push ups, the jacket creates enough resistance during my movements that I wonder if it may eventually rip. For now, it seems okay and definitely gets the job done and for the price, I wouldn't even mind just purchasing an additional one to keep the usage down. All that being the case, I'm pretty happy with this sauna jacket.
