a very useful sized adjustable wrench to compliment my gigantic 10-inch I've used for years. the steel used is indeed a chrome-vanadium and should be plenty durable. it will likely outperform all other wrenches at this price point but the adjusting jaw is thin where it enters the body so I wouldn't ask it for miracles. the styling is nice--if the handle were darker, it would look right at home in a Kobalt toolbox.

This wrench is surprisingly nice for the price and has worked well so far. When I first took it out of the packaging, the head was covered in oil, but after wiping it down, it was good to go—and I could finally use it without leaving black marks on my hands.The adjustment wheel is smooth, and I appreciate the laser-etched scale on the side that shows the jaw opening size. It’s a small feature, but actually helpful when sizing up bolts quickly.The rubber-coated handle is a nice touch as well—it gives just a little more grip and comfort during use. I picked up the 8" version, and based on how well it performs, I’ll likely order the 10" for larger tasks.Bottom line: A well-made, affordable adjustable wrench with useful features and a comfortable grip. Definitely worth picking up for any home or garage toolkit.
