The screws that came with it are junk and fell out twice during practice. My husband was able to go to the hardware store and get better ones and it stayed on through the first game. I would have hoped that for $40 the hardware it came with would work and we wouldn’t have to buy separate screws. Love the backplate just wish it came with better hardware.

Screws weren't the best.... first game and they came out. We used zip ties and everything worked perfectly! My son is 9, and it was a good fit.

Came with mounting screws. Easy to mount. Sturdy construction. My son said that it works great and he is a lineman. It has prevented further bruising to his back. Would recommend this.
