Não grudou nada e, como é dobrável, economizou espaço.

°First, this review is for two pink round 9” proofing baskets, not the combo that includes a green oval basket. I am a fairly experienced sourdough baker and have always used traditional rattan baskets for proofing. I’ve never had much luck with the cloth liners, I use them for covering the basket during proofing. Instead, I mist the rattan basket with water, and then use a tea ball to dust it with rice flour. The dough never sticks, ever, and cleanup is simply rinsing the basket under the faucet for a few seconds and letting it dry in the dish drainer. I’m a fan of silicone products in the kitchen, but this is my first try with silicone proofing baskets. I see that some sellers are even saying the dough can be baked directly in the silicone basket, though I’ve yet to try it. I would certainly not try it at a bake temp over 450°. In any event, my experience with these Kicihen branded baskets has been mixed. Without any spray oil, my dough will do some sticking and doesn’t release cleanly. If I mist with water and dust with rice flour like I do with rattan, the dough releases cleanly. But cleanup is a little trickier and I find it better to put them in the dishwasher. Overall, silicone proofing baskets may be a solution in search of a problem—though they are admittedly a much better value than rattan….

I guess I didn't know what a bread proofing bowl did. I thought it was just like a mixing bowl. These barely have a shape of their own and it can't really hold anything. I'm not impressed, but, like I said, I don't really know what they're supposed to be used for.

I ordered the Cicihen silicone banneton bread proofing baskets for my wife in making sourdough bread. She has decided to start making sourdough bread and along with these baskets she has ordered various other supplies she needed to start making sourdough bread. These baskets came in a 2 pack 9-to-10-inch pink baskets. The silicone baskets have been working great so far and are reuseable and easy to clean. She has already made her multiple batches and is happy with the baskets.

I am new to bread-making. So I thought these bowls would make a nice addition to my bread-making collection. I currently have a mold resistant basket I proof my bread in. I use a thin cotton “potato sack like” towel to cover the dough in the basket.I love the idea of the silicone bowls because they are easy to clean in the dishwasher and resist bacteria or mold. However, My biggest challenge is getting the bread out of the bowl because it remains sticky on the bottom. The dough does not seem to breathe as well in the silicone bowls as to the basket and towel airflow. Still cooked the same, just not as firm coming out of proofing.Overall, the silicon bowls are great quality and a beautiful color. I love how they fold down to save space. I am still going to give them some time to grow on me but I am not sure they will be my favorite.

I think that for me, silicone proofing baskets aren't going to work. I don't like that they're kind of wobbly. You have to hold them just right--preferably with two hands--or you risk dropping your dough out of the basket. There's nothing wrong with these. If you like using silicone proofing baskets, then these will be fine for you. They're just not for me.Also, I lined it with a tea towel before putting my dough inside it, so I can't speak to how well or how easily they clean.

I honestly got these for my kids to use outside with their refillable water balloons, so they'd stop taking my mixing bowls outside. These are great, sturdy bowls that collapse easily. They would work great for making bread, too. :) Nice value for two bowls!

If you've ever used rattan proofing bowls with cloth liners before you will know that this can be a pain. The dough CAN stick to your cloth (it doesn't always and if you dust it with flour first this is even less likely to occur, but....) when it DOES stick, you have a mess to clean up, and you have to add that cloth to your laundry regardless of whether it stuck or not. These are nit-picky issues and fairly small ones, at that, but still something I thought of when I saw these silicone baskets. Using these for bread proofing is a breeze. They naturally release your dough with absolutely no trouble and washing them is just a quick bath in the sink. Now I can use my basket proofing cloths to cover my rising dough baskets instead of keeping the rattan basket protected from the dough.

I've slowly transitioned most of my baking supplies to silicone for their even baking results, heat resistance and most importantly, their incredibly easy to clean material. I like baking bread and am getting into sourdough so I wanted some proofing bowls. I've read reviews on the standard rattan bowls and saw many accounts of them cracking and not to mention having to wash the liners with each use, so when I saw silicone bowls I jumped at the opportunity to get them because I knew I would get the result I wanted but none of the clean up hassle. The bowls themselves are nicely sized and flexible and will accommodate the doughs expansion and when it comes time to flip the dough out, the silicone will very easily release it without any risk of deflation. The other feature that I like is that once I'm done, both bowls collapse down for easy storage unlike solid rattan bowls. So if you tried traditional bowls and want something different, try giving these silicone bowls a shot.
