The silicon is pretty good quality for the money ,the silicon mold was easy to pour into and the brownies came out in one piece easily ,not stuck at all. I hand washed it which took a bit more time getting into the nooks and crannies, I haven't tried we washing it in the dishwasher. But I'm pleased with the baking results so far.

I bought these molds to freeze dry cheese sauce in. They hold around a fourth of a cup. I wish someone made molds that were 1/2 tall and would hold 1/2 cup. These will do very well. I place cheese sauce in the molds to 1/2 inch high, freeze, then invert onto Harvest Right freeze dryer trays with parchment paper on the bottom of trays. Do not place the molds in the freeze dryer.

I have only used this product once, but so far, I think it’s a good value for the price and meets my needs. I agree with other reviews that the molds aren’t very sturdy (the reason for the 4 stars); they can bend easily, and you risk breaking the bar if you’re not careful when taking them out of the mold.
