These little things are awesome. In the picture I added, you can see how small this thing is. I know the seller has the dimensions listed, but they are still even smaller than I imagined. They are also bright. One of these lights up my kitchen and dinette area bright enough that I could actually cook and eat in there. It is obviously not as bright as the ceiling lights, but it is bright enough. The set of two also came with two plastic carabiners. This will be great for hanging one inside our tent while camping. They are so small and lightweight that they really won't take away space from us in the tent. They will easily light your way to the campground restrooms, or light up your bathroom during a power outage. They also came with two power cords. They are USB-A on the side that connects to your charger. They do not come with their own chargers.

These little lanterns are surprisingly bright for their small size—about 4 inches tall and really lightweight, which is great for camping or emergencies. They have multiple light settings including a red light and smooth dimming, which is handy. They cast light all around, so they’re perfect for lighting up a small area but not great if you want a focused beam.I do wish they were a little bigger, but for the price, getting two of these is a solid deal. Cute, compact, and bright enough for outdoors or power outages!

I was surprised at just how tiny these little lanterns are, but WOW do they provide good light. I tried one out in a large bathroom with no windows, and it lit up the room nicely - a nice soft ambient light, not too bright but not too dim, either! I was surprised how much light they put out!The build quality seems good - they aren't too lightweight, and they don't look or feel flimsy at all. They have a handle that folds up, and even some carabiner-style S hooks to use for hanging. They also come with two charging cables. They'd be really handy for camping in a tent - I wouldn't say the light is so bright that you would want to read a novel, but bright enough to do the things you need to get done in the dark. And, you could plug them into a charging port in your vehicle to charge them up for the next night when camping.I appreciate that they have little rubber feet on the bottom to keep them stable on a table or shelf. They turn on with a click button, and you can choose three light temperatures by repeated clicks - cool white, warm white, full brightness and red strobe light. The one thing I see other reviews commenting negatively on - namely the tiny size - is actually an advantage in my opinion. They store so compactly! The two lanterns, charging cables, and hanging hooks fit in a box that is 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 2 1/4"! This makes them take very little space, and I can see them coming in handy for so many occasions! They really put out decent light for having such a small footprint.I actually got them for a friend - we were expecting some really serious weather, and she commented that she had no LED lanterns. So, these will be a nice surprise for her to have when the next bout of bad weather comes along, and they also won't be inconvenient or take up too much space. She can tuck them away in a cupboard or drawer, and know that they are there when she needs them!I think they make a thoughtful gift!I did deduct one star, simply because it is irritating when ads carelessly use photoshop to misrepresent the size of an item. Believe me, these are VERY SMALL. When I saw the tiny box, I thought "what the heck!?!" But if you look past that, they really produce pretty good light in spite of their mini size! And, if you want to look on the "bright" side (ha ha) their size might even be their strength!!

These rechargeable, portable lanterns are quite small, but they give off a lot of light. The size makes them nice to carry in a backpack or slip in a glove box. The handle flips up, and a detachable two-way hook allows you to hang the lantern in a tent or from a pole. Non-skid feet on the base keep the lantern firmly on a table. The power on switch is clearly indicated on the front of the lantern. As described there are four light colors/modes, including a red strobe, which is nice for emergencies. The charging port (USB cable included) is on the reverse side. Four blue lights indicate the level of charge when the unit is plugged in.I wish I had had these when doing search and rescue work, as they would have been great for reading maps and the like without carrying heavy gear. But I can use these now when setting up my telescope outside or just for reading on the deck at sunset, as well as for power outages. I'll probably put one in my car in case of emergency. My only suggestion to the manufacturer is to include two pieces of information in the user manual. First, indicate how long the lanterns run on one charge. Second, let users know how long they can expect to have to charge the lanterns to fully charge the battery. While this info may be in the product description or Q&A, it's nice to have it in the instructions.

These are very small lanterns, but they are the size listed in the listing at 3.9” tall and about 1.6 inches wide. They do have the 4 light color settings, and you have to click through each light color before it turns off. You press and hold the button to dim, and it flashes once it’s fully dimmed or fully brightened, which is nice. It will remain dimmed on the other light colors when you click through, but it forgets it was dimmed when you turn it on again. It casts quite a bit of light at full capacity! I like it more dimmed. I wish it stayed dimmed all the time… but for the price I can live with it. This seems like a good deal for 2 of them! They’ll be cute on the picnic tables during late dinners under the stars!
