Toilet looks and works amazing. Definitely high quality and features work great. My only 2 issues are the following.1) loud beeps for every function change. The manual doesn’t show how to silence if possible and nothing on YouTube comes up. Very loud for night time users!2) The sensor on the side of toilet that auto opens lid is extremely sensitive. It opens and closes everytime I walk by with in 3 feet of the thing. Constantly goes off while in the shower or just entering the bath. Would be less annoying if it didn’t beep also. If someone out there knows how to solve the issues please respond to review. I will definitely change to a 5 star if these problems can be solved.

Toilet came defective. Looks like the sensor on the seat was broken so toilet was useless. Amazon did send a replacement which took some time without a toilet. I had to pay a plumber to replace my toilet, install this one and then again to replace this toilet with the replacement. Spent triple the money for a plumber because of this defective toilet. Also the plumber had to redo the plumbing and I had to buy extra parts because the parts this toilet came with is not standard. Avoid the headache but another toilet.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the ihatit IS-D10PRO luxury smart toilet! I have wanted a Bidet for a very long time, especially now that I am over 50, and now I have the toilet that has darn near everything. I can now feel like a Queen while I am sitting on my Thrown. This was not difficult for my husband to install, I love the heated seat, night light and self open and close. Actually I love everything about this amazing commode. It looks amazing and it functions amazingly. The remote works perfectly too. This is not a cheap toilet but it is definitely worth every single penny. I will post a video shortly too.

This is a great commode. I love all the features and the remote works well. The pictures on the remote are funny but effective. When we unwrapped it, it was wet. It didn’t appear to be used, more like they tested it and then packaged it before it dried. Also, the seat seemed to be sometimes glitchy, which caused me to knock off a star on my original review. Turns out the.squatty potty was interfering with the sensor. I appreciate the many features and ease of use.

OMG!!! What a beauty, have not installed yet but out of the box, super great material and quality. Appears to be well made and solid.. Heavy!! Will update once installed. The bidet with a seat warmer, yesss!!!
