I am LIVID about this toilet! The seat is cracked! The base is installed so returning is not an option. This is not acceptable for the price!

even before using the seat broke. ceramic is OK but the seat is substandard and broke before even started to use. hard to find a replacement. lets see if the vendor sends replacement.

I don't usually post bad reviews but this one the deserve it. First it came missing parts, after they FedEx it and waiting on it for a week. The cover snapped on first use. Im returning it, i have to pay again for plumber to uninstall this garbage and i stall new one.

This is a beautiful toilet that really saves on water usage. Was a little leery about purchasing a toilet online, but the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

I really love the look of this toilet, and how sleek it is. It did come with a missing piece and it was kind of hard to put together. You need really small hands to put the bolts in through the holes on the sides. Also, the seat is very uncomfortable sitting on. I do love how easy it is to clean though.
