Love the product but when I got the baskets opened I noticed there was strings of wood through the basket and I don’t need that getting into the bread or something. And missing the cloth covers that were supposed to go with it

I recently have been making sourdough bread, a little after the COVID bread craze but I was so busy back then. The tools make really professional looking loaves. The baskets work perfectly (use rice flour for dusting!) and the razor blades are really the key. The other stuff is nice to have too.
