This sourdough starter kit has just about everything you need to start baking bread at home, and the quality is better than I expected for the price. The 9-inch banneton basket gives my dough a great shape and texture, and the pastry mat is super helpful for mess-free kneading and cleanup.I also appreciated the included tools like the dough whisk, bread lame, scraper, and flour sifter — they’re all functional and make the process smoother. The sourdough starter itself came ready to use and activated well after feeding.I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because some of the tools feel a little lightweight, especially the scraper and lame, but they still get the job done.Overall, a great kit for beginners or anyone getting into sourdough baking!

I suppose you could get the individual pieces separately but you do sort of need them all if you get into the sour dough craze

This is the best sourdough kit I have ever had! I love the quality of tools and the diversity, this package includes everything you will ever need, especially if you are new in making sourdough bread.

My mom loves baking and has been getting into baking sourdough. I wanted to gift her all the equipment she needed to make baking a breeze and this kit is perfect. It has everything you need to get started and she is very excited to use it. Everything is as described and very well made. I would recommend this to anyone who wants an all-in-one kit for themselves or as a a gift for a loved one!
