Great paddles! I'm a 48 yo master swimmer and now I cruise through the water like an expert. The Speedo Nemesis Contour Paddles put a ton of stress on my shoulders, but these work perfectly. A super fast and thorough workout.

These are good paddles, probably the best I've been able to find, my only issue is that the straps aren't very tight, but are pretty easy to tighten. They glide really nicely though the water and are perfect for more experienced swimmers. I can feel the strain on my shoulders as I use them and they do help to improve my speed as well. I feel like they have really helped my stroke after using them just for a week. These are great for trained swimmers and work really well in practice. They fit my hands perfectly, none of my fingers hang over and as long as I pull the straps tightly enough, they don't fall off.The paddles allow for a lot of comfortable movement and power. I use them almost every day in practice and they continue to work really well. I love the grip they give me in the water and it feels like i have so much more strength and can swim so much faster. I can't wait to keep using these

They work just fine. I did not realize that they were a children's size. It did not say that in the description. I could not use them and gave them to my niece.

Great paddles. I use them mainly to concentrate on my freestyle stroke right after a big kick set. They let you really feel the pull and make you get your finger tips out of the water until the grab.

They're paddles... not much else to say. I have pretty big hands, and these still add to the surface area and provide a great work out. Paddles also help a swimmer notice hand placement. If I get lazy with my stroke technique, it is much easier to feel with paddles on. If you have never used paddles or are just starting into swimming, I would not order the extra large.

item was difficult to adjust for fit, would not maintain a tight fit. poor construction. would not recommend to anyone.

Great for training and resistance. If you've never used these before it takes some getting used to, but they work really well and also help you focus on your form.
