I thought this would be a hard plastic but unfortunately it is a soft plastic that arrived bent.

My son loves to draw. The circular template makes it so easy for him to draw when he need circles. Thank you. It came e very fast.

I’m very happy with this template. The material is a thin, malleable plastic, which means it won’t shatter. The circle cuts are quite smooth, there is no bumps or barbs. I have one from another brand that has a tiny bump inside of almost every of circle, making it impossible to draw a smooth circle. And I’m glad that the seller took extra care by sending it inside of a cardboard wrap.

You can't beat Staedtler for templates. I was in a hurry and bought a cheap one from a crafts store and it was a waste of money. The circles were bumpy and badly machined compared to the Staedtler which is thicker and has measurements in inches and millimeters, very helpful. It also has minuscule "bumps" on the opposite side to keep the ink from "bleeding" under the template.

The raised plastic wasn't exactly what I was expecting... Normally I will add thin stacked tape to the bottom of my templates so that the ink doesn't smear, so I figured this would be a great option. It is still a good option, but the plastic seems a little too flexible for my taste.I may buy ones without the raised plastic.All in all, still a great product.
