This may not be everyone's experience but I gave it two stars for the fact it did arrive quickly. Other than that I have nothing good to say the steam was more of a intermittent misting and was more just spraying water. We followed the start up procedure for the break in running it on setting one for for five to ten minutes and so on. I thought maybe it wasn't long enough and ended up running two tanks through it on one hoping it would come out of it but it has not. It ended up soaking the front seat of my car bad enough it took hours to dry even with a fan on it.

Small but mighty! Works well, I love the different steam output possibilities. Small water tank but lasts pretty long time. Made my couch smell like new and dried out quickly. Recommend!
