I only use 2 kinds of braid and 832 will always be in my tackle box. Extremely strong, smooth and resilient.

Holds up well and definitely better than a lot of braid out there. Casts far and durable for mid to bigger fish.

Buddies of mine who do a lot of surf fishing have been raving about Suffix 832. They are using a 30 lb line that casts and handles like 14.I purchased the 6 lb line and it has taken some getting used to. Overall I am still dazzled by the performance.Notes:- Very thin and supple.- So light that it I am casting a rooster tail lure 35' without any weight other than a small snap swivel.- Very responsive, no noticeable stretch on the pan fish I have been catching.Things to get used to:- It's like a long hair and a challenge to deal with given my old sausage fingers.- difficult to cut cleanly- my tried and true monofilament knots have become untied. A "palomar knot" is what my buddies are tying. Just something different to learn.- Everybody and I mean everybody wants me to give them 50 yards or so to try.

I'm casting further with this line on a Shimano reel and the sensitivity from bites is making fishing a lot more fun.
