It was exactly what I wanted. But when I took it out of the box, it was missing two of the rubber feet that keeps it from scratching furniture. Since I bought specifically for my antique Stickley dinning room table, I needed those feet. I looked at local hardware stores, no one has anything that size. If I could have found four feet that fit this trivet, I would have kept it. I sent it back and am deciding about trying again.

Has been useful for over a year. Only problem is that the surface is so shiny that some things can fall off it.

Really pretty and does the job, but it is lighter than I expected a cast iron trivet to be. Not sure how well it will hold up to extensive use. I have used to for heavy cast iron pans, and it does protect countertops from heat, and supports my dutch oven. It does clean easily (hand wash, soap and water only). Overall I recommend this, especially for the cost, but just note that it is pretty light weight.

We had a new induction stove top and in-oven air fryer. All of our usual hot plates (wicker) were burning when we set the pots or pans on them. This wrought iron divot is great. We bought one to try, liked it. It has polyurethane feet so the heat doesn’t transfer to the counter. Meant to order another, but accidentally ordered 2 more. Keeping them all.

The trivet is strong and made well. Suits my purpose for what I'm using it for. The rubber tips for the feet are a plus. I took mine off because I placed on an electric fireplace stove. Nice for other areas that you don't want scratched.
