Fits an adult head and a kid’s head, just need tightening for kids. Bought this to wear for halloween but my kids love to wear this everyday. Better than the costumes they’re selling.

My 4 year old nephew is obsessed with Luigi and he LOVED this hat! It is adjustable so it could go small enough around for his head but was clearly not a toddler/little kid hat. Big enough it looks like it would also fit a teenager. Overall, still good and adjustable to fit a little kid and up to a teenager easily.

I picked this up as a cheap last minute birthday gift for a 7yo that LOVES Luigi. He was extremely excited to get it and wears it all the time!. If you have a Luigi fan in your life, get this. He/She will love it!
