The lens cap for my Voigtlander lens kept falling off, this is a well-known problem. Just the motion from walking with the camera on my shoulder would be enough to loosen the lens cap, I'm surprised I haven't lost it yet. Sony doesn't have a lens with a 58mm filter so I went with this Tamron lens cap. The Tamron lens cap is perfect, it is a great fit and, more importantly, grips tightly, I won't have the same issue I have with the stock Voigtlander cap. Highly recommended to replace a missing or ill-fitting cap.

I needed a replacement lens cap for my Tamron lens. This was exactly what I needed and it was even a Tamron lens cap like my original that I had lost. It fitted even with the lens shade that I ordered at the same time. Very reasonable price too. Good purchase all the way around!

Very nice lens cap, fits the Tamron 24-70 f/2.8 DI VC USD G2 perfectly and looks great! Plastic feels thick and sturdy, and the spring mechanisms are quite strong. Feels more quality than I expected.

I recently purchased a second-hand camera with a Tamron lens, I had to do a tiny bit of research on how to figure out the thread size for getting the right lens cap. This 62mm lens cap fit mine perfectly, which says "62mm Φ" on the front of the lens itself. Hope that helps others who are looking!The product itself is perfect. Sturdy cap that fits nicely and feels like good quality. All-around awesome.

I bought this cap as a replacement for my girlfriend's Tamron SP 70-200 f2.8 Di VC USD G2 lens. I was assisting her last minute at a wedding shoot and i accidentally dropped her lens' cap out on a golf field before placing it in the bag, never to find it again. So I Looked up this one and it's a perfect fit as for the product description. I still have a girlfriend and she now has protection for her lens again.

Lors d'une sortie photo dans les rues j'ai fait tombé par terre le bouchon.Ce qui a eu comme conséquence de faire partir un ressort qui sert a reposer une partie du systeme de blocage du bouchon sur l'objectif.Donc je l'ai remplacé par celui ci, identique a celui d'origine

I Absolutely love this lens cap. It's the best I can buy and I have tried many brands. I purchased this for my lost Zeiss cap (which was horrendous and horrible to attach and detach) and am I glad I lost the Zeiss. R Zeiss eplacement cap was $35. No way I would pay that. So I decided to try the Tamron. Price was $6, it is made in Japan and the quality is top notch. Better than anything else on the market. It is tight and easy to grip and easy to use. The fit and finish is perfect. So I'll have a Tamron cap on my Zeiss. Big deal. I'm actually very happy. Thanks for your time reading this review.Contrary to what the most popular review, in which the reviewer states that this lens cap is ruined, I can unequivocally state that this lens cap is still "MADE IN JAPAN" and top quality. EDIT: I purchased another cap and it was made in China, but has the exact same quality as the one made in Japan.

Prodotto conforme alle aspettative. Arrivato nei tempi previsti.Risulta essere il tappo originale. Acquistato dopo aver perso il mio sul set. Il prezzo è un po' alto. Ma per un obiettivo che costa quasi 1000€ non si può risparmiare sul copri obiettivo.

Snaps on the 72mm lens. Stays on okay. Protects the lens and lens filter from getting scratched when carrying around. It's a little annoying when going to take photos though. The very reason it works so well to protect the lens, may prevent me from snapping a photo immediately. This is especially true if I go into absent minded auto-pilot mode. I catch myself trying to fire a picture right after removing the camera from the bag. Fortunately removing is quick and very easy. Push the tabs in to release. Shove the cap into the bag or my pocket and I am good to go. Then when I am done remember to put the cap back on. If not, then at least there are replacements, even if they are priced a little higher than I'd like.That said, it's a lens cap. Fits the Tamron lens just like the original. Now that I found the original weeks after I got this one, I have a back up cap. I feel less anxiety knowing I have two of these for my lens.
