My significant other and I often jokingly fight over the best water position when we shower together. This couple's tandem shower heads allowed us to finally each have hot water all the time while we showered.When the product arrived I was pretty impressed at how sturdy and well made it felt it also has a very comfortable design I do wish that the amount for the extended shower handle that goes on the back shower was set at a better angle the water doesn't quite come out the same as it does on the main shower head but really a small problem overall. All the features advertise exactly as worked there's really good water pressure on both sides it's very easy to use on the main shower head there's just a twist thing that you can twist to have it all on the extended shower head that you can pull down and use the nozzle for whatever or having the middle to have both shower heads on or have it all the way over to the other side to have just the main the shower head running. Overall, it was fairly simple to set up, there were clear instructions included, and I would say it is fairly beginner-friendly, although I would recommend having at least some level of knowledge about installing things just to make sure it's done correctly. The shower head performs exactly as expected. We've had no issues with having, you know, not enough water pressure on one side. It definitely meets our needs. I would mention, though, that when you change the water temperature, there is a delay on the back shower head simply because of how long the hoses it takes a little while longer for the now hotter water to reach it there, so just kind of be prepared for that. It is very easy to clean very low maintenance, just the same level of maintenance that you would use to maintain a regular shower head. We've actually been using it for a few weeks now and really enjoy having it installed in our shower. I actually threw the box away, so I cannot remember if there was additional customer support available or if there was a warranty.My overall opinion is that we are very satisfied with this. I would definitely recommend it to other couples that we know to purchase and use. If you're on the fence about purchasing, you should definitely purchase it. The main pros are that it maintains the same water pressure for both sides and that you don't have to struggle with your partner for you both to have enough hot water and not have to switch places with each other while showering. The main cons are simply that the extended shower head that you mount on the other side doesn't mount where it comes out of the exact angle as the main shower head does, but overall, that's a really small negative and easy to overlook.

Get a black rod it will help it blend as someone else stated it does look a bit weird but oh it is nice to have for a few reasons, my bf is quite tall so this is nice for him but also nice for our dogs to wash them down and i just really like the massage from the water when i am sore from working out and doing yard work. spray options are nice and love how you can clean it all since we get a build up of limescale and we have black appliances adore the look. it is sleek and works well. kinda quirky when others use our shower but yknow they didn't know something like this existed or you can set something up like that so they take the jokes back and say it is creative. easy to install and recommend.

The holder for the other shower head doesn't even fit!!!! I am so frustrated!!! DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!

It works great! Water pressure flows fine. It looks a little funky but getting a black rod makes it blend more. Love thw different settings.
