I like this tankini! The halter back and U-shaped cut are super flattering and make it perfect for beach days and vacation photos. The top has a nice push-up effect without being too revealing, and the removable padding is a great bonus. The boyleg shorts are comfy and provide good coverage, which I appreciate, especially for chasing around little kids. The material feels soft and dries quickly. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because the sizing runs a bit small—so consider sizing up. Otherwise, it’s stylish, functional, and a great value!

Why I Bought This: I was looking for a a new swimsuit for the season that had tummy coverage and boyshorts, and after comparing a few options, this one stood out because of the shorts and neckline.First Impressions: Right out of the box, the Tankini Swimsuits for Women Tummy Control looked good quality. It washed up well also.Performance & Use: I' love the fit. The top fits perfectly - it's not too tight or loose in the back and the halter tie neckline allows you to pull it as snug as you like for support. I ordered an X-Large based on the size chart. While the top fits perfectly, the bottoms are a bit loose, although not too loose. It just doesn't quite give the "tummy control" I was looking for and it doesn't hold the belly in. The bottoms are high rise and feel like if I'd gotten the large instead, it probably would provide the tummy control. However, I think the top would have been a bit tight if I went with the large. And the black color and fit of the top actually still provides a slimming look. In the pool, the top floated up a bit, but not as much as more loose fitting tankini tops can. The ties on the bottoms came undone a few times. What I Loved: The slim look to the suit, and the boy shorts. I am almost 40 and have always been a fan of full coverage. I like how boy shorts cover the bottom area more. The neckline on this suit is great too. I try to get some sun and this top covers while also providing a swim neckline.Room for Improvement: I with the shorts were a little snugger. But perhaps if my bust line was a little smaller, I could have gone with the large and had the perfect fit. I also wish the ties on the bottom stayed put better in the water. I did find that if I did the loop before the bow (like you do when tying shoes), they stayed tied for longer.Final Verdict: I am really happy with the fit and look of this tankini. It provides good coverage while also being flattering and slimming. I recommend this swimsuit!I am 5' 4", 143 lbs and a 36C bust, for reference.

Super cute bathing suit that I would recommend for an average size person. Unfortunately for me, the top didn't work well. The halter top is cut to narrow along the sides by the underarms for me. It also did not have enough support in the chest area. So for someone with a larger chest, this might not work well. The bottoms are cute and comfortable. It looks well made. All and all, a nice suit, just not enough support and coverage for the top.

My wife likes this. She has a larger midsection and this gives enough suction to show off her shape nicely. She says the seams are really nice (her mom was a seamstress so I’m guessing this will last a long time) and she thinks it’s pretty comfy to sit in after swimming. She likes the fit and the color is just plain black so it’s visually slimming. The sizing was right.

My wife likes this swimsuit; it is cute and comfortable. The style and cut are figure flattering. It does run small and I would recommend sizing up.

I can honestly say I haven't liked a bathing suit on me this well since I was about five. The design is pretty much perfect, if you ask me - it covers enough that I don't feel as though I'm going outside in my underwear (which is fine if you don't mind that sort of thing, but I'm a middle-aged mom) but it still looks like a bathing suit, not a dress or pajamas.Let me tell you about the shorts. They're little and cute, and I love the ruching on the sides. You know what they're not? They're not tiny, skimpy panties that are sort of cut like shorts but ride up and pinch your tender upper thighs and negate any reason you might have had for wanting to wear shorts instead of briefs in the first place. They actually fit well, and they're short enough and clingy closely enough that you don't feel as though the weight of the wet fabric is going to drag you screaming down to the gaping mouth of whatever subterranean monster lives at the bottom of the pool, ready to snag hapless moms in impractical swimsuits.Allow me next to sing the praises of the top, which is long enough that you don't have to worry about yanking the hem down constantly, but short enough to not cover the adorable shorts. No need to worry about a lack of bust support, this top is designed to give uplift and security to all in the average size range. The flattering halter neck can easily be adjusted to provide display more or less cleavage, as you wish, and the low back is still high enough not to make you feel weird. The fabric is nice and soft, and there aren't any pinchy places unlike with most women's bathing suits. I could wear this to clean the bathroom, it's so comfortable. You know what, I think I will.
