This was so much better than the $30 to $40 tossables that were just styrofoam cover with a thin fabric. This was a super marine grade thick vinyl. Glad to purchase this and return cheap quality one.

I purchased this ring buoy not only because of the quality of the product but mainly because it is Coast Guard approved. Using on a boat and not pool side, it has to be Coast Guard approved. It is light weight and easy to throw. Compared to others, it was a good price too.

This specific model "365" costs a few dollars more but the quality is excellent and it is Coast Guard approved with authentication printed on the device. Would buy again.I also bought the "Taylor Made Products" lettering kit for this ring at the same time. THAT lettering kit is very poor quality. It looked terrific at first then began peeling off a couple weeks after proper and careful installation. If your going to letter your life ring you may want to consider another manufacturer for the lettering or use a stencil and paint them on.
