Personally, I think I'd prefer a darker grey/silver. I understand that black outlines/details wouldn't work with a black filler.... but he's just a little TOO silver for me.The picture has the eyes a greenish yellow (on my screen at least), but the patch is DEFINITELY yellow. Like bright rain coat yellow. Toothless was more neon/bright green.The detail is actually better than the listing's pic. Almost like the listing used a picture of a smaller version or something.Its sealed on the back, or maybe just coated in iron-on melt glue (NOT just a peel and stick sticker). It says 'self adhesive', so I wasn't SURE what to expect. Either way, it shouldn't unravel or fray.I need it on velco, so I'll be using sticky back velco, ironing on, and sewing the edges.... just to be sure since it'll see some wind on a motorcycle bag.I MIGHT try to color the eyes green and the body a little darker... or might just call it good enough before I mess it up.EDIT: After some research, most say you can't iron on to velcro because it will melt the velcro.... so i researched a STRONG fabric glue and will sew most of the edges. A normal needle and thread goes through the patch and thick velcro without issue.
